Moreover, I offer online therapy. The platform used for this purpose is Teams, which you will need to install on your device to join the session.

How long is the therapy?
The duration of the therapy can vary. However, this will be based on the complexity of the issues, the stage of the process you are at, as well as your personal circumstances. This will be discussed prior to starting, and will be regularly monitored within therapy to ensure your safety and own benefit.
- Brief or short-term therapy (from 5 to 8 sessions)
- Medium-term therapy (from 9 to 20 sessions roughly)
- Long-term therapy
